Colorado hunting cabin for lease

For over 10 years we have offered one more way for hunters to enjoy this hunt. In the heart of Unit 61, we offer a cabin for groups of serious and conscientious hunters, at a reasonable price.



For $450 per person/ per season,
you would have access to:

    1. A comfortable cabin behind closed gates
    2. Beds to sleep 6.
    3. Kitchen with propane stove.
    4. Wood burning stoves.
    5. Couches/recliners to relax in, after a day of good hunting.
    6. Supplied firewood/water.
    7. Access to main roads.
This is our version of a drop-camp with comfort!

All of your propane for cooking, firewood for heat, and water, is provided. We will map out areas that have been successful in in the past and give you an idea on how to hunt the area to obtain the enjoyable and successful hunt.

The cabin has close access to unit 62. Licenses can be purchased over-the-counter.
The cabin lease is on a first come - first serve basis, and we seem to fill quickly. If you and or your group is interested in making your hunt more comfortable and complete, call and make reservations.

A $1350 or 3 person minimum, and a 50% deposit is required to lock-in your reservation.
